1. Acceptance

By using the Maze Runner game, this website or its API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Maze Runner is a free maze racing game provided "as is". We may add, change or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or sell them.
• Usernames must not impersonate others, be offensive or infringe rights. We may rename or remove such accounts.

4. Fair play and acceptable use

• Do not use bots, automation, modified clients, exploits or any tool that plays or submits results on your behalf.
• Do not attempt to submit invalid runs, tamper with leaderboards, attack the service or access data that is not yours.
• Every submitted run is validated server-side. Invalid or fraudulent scores may be rejected or removed, and accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.

5. Content and ownership

The game, its name, design and code are owned by the operator of this service. You keep ownership of the gameplay data you generate; you grant us the right to display it on leaderboards and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost profits or service downtime.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published on this page means you accept the updated terms.
